Installing MM RP NAV 200

Hello!
I'am installing a mm rp nav 200 into my Lybra 2.4JTD SW. I've bought the navigation computer an external mm monitor and the specific cabletree for the Lybra. If I connect the external monitor the navi-system works fine, but if I try to connect it to the ics it is not possible to activate it by pressing the TRIP button (> 3 sec). This problem was described already a few times. BUT Magneti Marelli says EVERY NAV 200, no mather from which production date, is able to communicate with the ICS. But thes gave me no further support.
So my question: What can i do to make the nav 200 able to communicate with the ICS. Is there a firmware update necessary?
And one more question: Can anybody inform me about the pin assignment of the AV-Connector??
Thanks, THomas
