I asked afriend of mine in Australia, this is what he answered:

There is a little booklet by that title which was produced either by the UK Lancia Club, or by Omicron Engineering. It is thus NOT a factory publication, and was only ever a photocopied item, not printed.


I have a copy, and would be happy to scan it and send it to you, but I warn that it is low rent. It is a very interesting collection of facts and photos on the Flaminia range, and for Flaminia enthusiasts, is a most worthwhile little publication.
