Ypsilon ('98) that I have in Spain. I need to tow a small boat with this car. ?

Dear Len,
I can't understand what do you mean for a Tow-bar.
I think You are looking for a "porta pacchi" or properly a "porta barca" to put on the roof of your Y.?
Try to ask for it!
