I am very sorry i write in english but i need help!

1996 lancia kappa 16v 2.0T gas powered.
The car will not start i try to start it but it finishes battery but it will not start.
The onboard computer says that there is damaged electrical wiring, and fuel pump does not pump gas but the pump works when you connect it directly to electricity.There is no eletricity in the cables to the pump.All the fuses are ok.
Did anybody ancountered the same problem please please help me.If anybody has electrical shemes in english for download please help.I would take the car to electrical service but they are going to charge me a lot of money for nothing.

Where is located the reley of the fuel pump
