Timing belt 2,0

-When should I change the belt? My car is four years old, and has made 20,000km.
-Does anyone know anything about those "camlocks" which are supposed to be needed for the job?
-Has anyone got an engine workshop manual or just a procedure for the belt job?
-Where may I get hold of a user's manual?

timing chain must be changed by 100k or 5 years at the absolute latest but Lancia recommend that its done earlier...I had mine done at 85k and 4.5 years.
