My Lybra is about 86.000 Km, and it's powerd by an Euro3 1.9 JTD year 2000 - SW.
I've got a powerloss, in 2 nd, 3rd, and 4th gear in the range of 2750 and 3000 rpm.
This appear when i step to the limit the accelarator. If the accel. is progressive it´s ok, but
if i need a reprise then it's a bit slow to get more speed. If i go a little bit far from 3000 rpm, then everything it´s ok. The maximum speed I get in 5th is about 175 km /h and the engine don't get 4000 rpm, i guess is another sympton of powerloss.
What can I do? Is this a bad problem?

I had a similar problem with the 2.4L JTD130 in my Fiat Marea. The engine began to cut out completely under fierce acceleration. This eventually proved to be the high pressure diesel pump. The problem you describe could be the air volume metr. It is fitted on the air intake between the engine and the air filter. Just try disconnecting the electrical connection. If your engine improves then that unit is in need of replacement and a new one will restore the lack of power
