I have a Lancia Lybra 1.8 LX. When I am changing gears over 4000 rpm I feel a vibration on clutch pedal. The set of clutch
(disk-plato-bearing) has been changed 4 times but the problem is remaining. I'd like to know if there is anyone who can help me whith this problem!

Yes, it is measured one time from Lancia and it is O.K.

If the flyweel is ok and the Thrust washers not is damage, the problem can be in the Gearbox.Front bearing on the main shaft is a week point and could give vibrations.

Janne thanks a lot!

The Lancia (Greece - Hellas) changed the thrust but the problem is remaining (there is a small improvement). The main shaft or input shaft bearing has not check up from Lancia.
Lancia told me that there is not anything more to do .... and I'm going crayzing!

The solution for this dysfunction (or problem?) was very simple!
In the pipe (clutch unit) there is a small impulse dumper!
There is now a direction for the Lancia for replacing with a new and the dysfunction....goes out, at least 95%
Very good and very simple!

Does this solution affect on problem with small vibrations while start with car in first gear ?

Can you please explain where to find that small impulse dumper, maybe some picture, and is that official name for that part?

The car is Lancia Lybra 2.4 jtd SW manual 2001
