I'm not sure if I can give you a definitive answer but I can show you what I found on the Lancia ePER cataloge.
It seems that the auxiliary silencer can be the same depending if the 2.4 is M1 or a M4 ( I cound not decode this letters on the catalogue). Regarding the "main" silencer, the 3.0 part code did not match any other version.
I took two screenshots that you can have a look using the links below and take your conclusions. Note that the drawings are just representations.
Hope this helps.

Hi Duarte. Thanks very much for going to the trouble! They look the same! Who knows what the M1, M2, M4 thing is all about though. Cheap on ebay at the moment but perhaps better just getting a stainless made up.
Be so much easier running a Ford in the UK!

The answer I found is as follows:
The Coupe has different dampers for every version!! The Center and rear dampers are different for Coupe 4 cilinder (turbo) or coupe 5 cilinder .
The part numbers at Tuynder in the Netherlands for the 5 cilinder Turbo are:
Front Damper 60658374 and End Damper 60657726.
Hope this helps......

Hi C-R. Thanks for that. Trust Lancia! I think it is simpler to have a stainless system made when the exhaust needs replaced.

It sounds simple with a stainless exhaust system... but isn't it pretty expensive (unless there was several made?).
And wouldn't it add some serious weight to the car. Especially the rear exhaust is quite big on the 20VT and V6.
