Hi!

Is it posible to change language on the onboard computer? I would like to change it from German to English. My mechanic said it can be done, but he doesn't know how to do it. Thanks

Hi Matjaz,

I think the trick is to press an hold the "Check" button while you turn on and start the car.

Press the "SERVICE"-button while engine and contact are off and turn the key to the position "MAR". The languages on the display will change; when the desired language appears, press the "SERVICE"-button again to save the new settings.

Be aware that on older models the temperature readings will also change from Celcius into Fahrenheit

Press not the SERVICE button to save the new settings, but the CHECK button.
Older models < (12/1996) indeed has °F instead of °C, and service intervals from 15.000 km (instead of 20.000 km) Also in the older models you had to choose between Gas or Diesel, the newer models only the language.
