Is this part used on the Uno or Panda i need good secondhand one

I don't know about interchangeability but if it's any help the part number is 5970045 which doesn't appear to be a multi use number. Try Trevor Nicosia of the Y10 Consortium, he contributes to this forum regularly, for bits.
