Y10 rear-suspension

Does anybody know the difference in the suspension between type 2 (1989-1992)and type 3 (1992-1995) Y10? It looks like the front is simular but what is the difference in the rear suspension? In the Koni-shock table the partnumbers are different. Is it possible to change a type 2 rear suspension to type 3 without to much costs?
