The car in question is a series 2 16VT.. I'm going to pull the engine from the top and like usual it's in pieces (pull head then remove block) My question is if the engine will go in from the top completly assembled (with alternator, ps pump, ac compressor..)

to answer my own question.. yes it does, it did take a little effort as the engine is larger then the hole it needs to fit through, tilting the engine a little towards the front (or remove the alternator) will get it to fit.
