Fulvia cylinder head?

Is 118 302 cylinder head suitable for an S1 series Fulvia coupe? Or for an S2?

One currently for sale, so don't want to buy the incorrect one.

Also, looking for an S1 starter in the UK.

The 818 302 head started production after 1970. It was also delivered as spare for S1 cars. What you have to check is the mounting of the rev counter pickup.

If that hole is closed, then either you machine it to accept the sender or look for another head.
