I have acquired a Fulvia 3, RHD, UK market 1974 car. I have worked on many Fulvias but never a 3rd series with the electro valve in the carburettor and the clutch pedal switch. What is it for and what does the electro valve on the carburettor do please?

There should also be a switch on the gearbox.

Parts of a new low emission scheme. Never worked well. Factory advised later to replace carbs with normal ones.

Thanks Huib. That is what I thought, I’ll ignore it and change the carburettor settings to compensate.
