Close the hole. How to?

This is the front of the crankcase of a Fulvia engine. This one is from my stock. The 8mm hole is where the pisellino (chain oiler nozzle) sat. The hole is drilled in the aluminium. Apparently it came out. The smart way to put a new one is to cut thread in the hole and on the pisellino.
This is an engine I rebuilt two years ago. The engine is in the car. Unfortunately the pisellino came out. It caused the chain to break. Inside the aluminium is a steel bush. I don't want to cut thread in the bush. The wall is too thin and it may turn when cutting. How can I close the hole??? The diameter is appr. 8 mm.
Note that oil pressure is 6 bar. Temperature 120 degr C.
