Flaminia Oil pressure, compression test and white smoke

Hi to all,
I am looking into purchasing a Flaminia GT (826) that has been sitting for 10+ years. The seller has started the car but I have a few concerns about the engine:
- I checked compression for the 6 cylinders earlier this morning, results were very good, 135+ on all cylinders
- The oil pressure however, is not great. It reads almost 4 when cold, but gradually diminishes as the engine warms up, to around 3 at 3,000 rpm and maybe 1 when idle.
- And there is a significant amount of white/grey smoke coming out of the exhaust. We let it run for 20 minutes or so and the amount of smoke stays the same.
Any ideas? The car is very complete but needs to be restored. And I want to avoid a costly and complicated engine repair. After checking th oil, it could have been a bit over-filled. Could that explain the smoke? Could the valve seals be worn?
What about the low oil pressure?
Here is a link to a video showing the smoke https://www.dropbox.com/s/zqy4rqbmz0yof ... 0.MOV?dl=0
Below are pictures of the oil pressure reading at idle and at 3,000 RPM, and a few of the car
Thanks for your comments, they will be greatly appreciated
