Series 2 Wheel Lug Bolt Torque

I have a Lancia Fulvia Series 2 1.3S with stock steel wheels. What is the proper lug bolt torque in ft-lbs?
You can find most if not all torque data in the Fulvia DT (Data Tecnici = Technical Data)
See page Fulv. 08/0010.
For the wheel nuts (series 1) as well as for the wheel bolts (series 2) the tightening torque is 8 - 12 mkg.
