I am looking for software update of the infotainment.

Has anyone got an idea where I can find that software ?

I found an image of a firmware CD, to download and burn.
But I don't know how to start the update.

Hello,
maybe your problem is now solved, anyway... here is a manual:
Remove all CDs, turn the motor on.
Press short "Trip" and "Tel" at the same time and then hold "Main" and "Tel".
The Bootloader shows up...
Put the update disc in the Connect (not CD changer). The update will be performed.
Be careful!
