Airing the brakes on an S3 Thema with ABS

I was hoping I could get some of you to post a step-by-step guide to airing the brakes on an S3 2.0 16V Turbo with ABS 
I know the basics, but I'd like the specifics for this car as I'm about to do a major brake overhaul from the ABS pump and backwards (including new brake pipes, new brakeregulator, new hoses and new calipers in the back).
Any help is appreciated
