Hallo, ik heb in mijn kappa dat het airbag lampje steeds weer aangaat. Als ik de module uitlees is de fout melding:
Misschien heeft iemandeen idee in welke richting ik het moet zoeken

Open circuit - intermittent
03 - connection between failure lamp and ECU

The Malfunction indicator light circuit is defective. Check:
1) the lamp itself
2) the lamp power supply
3) the control signal circuit between the ECU and the light
The reason for this fault is Open circuit
The current status of the fault is intermittent
the error counter value is 253

het Airbag lampje gaat aan, het ABS lampje ernaast functioneert wel niet

Hallo,
Een oud draadje, maar ik trek het weer omhoog.

Waarmee heb jij je airbag precies uitgelezen? Mij lukt het maar niet om contact met dat ding te krijgen, heb verschillende apparaatjes geprobeerd.

Overigens zou je storing in het stuur/stuurkolom kunnen zitten. Er zitten daar verschillende contacten, en ook de spiraalgewikkelde lintkabel is niet vrij van storingen. Maar omdat dit zo'n oud onderwerp is ga ik er van uit dat de storing inmiddels allang is opgelost.
