2.6 V6 engine oil & spark plugs recommendations

Hi,
Can someone suggest what is a good oil pressure at around 2000rpm and the best engine oils and spark plugs for a 2.5 V6 engine running on the 123ingition.nl electronic distributor/ignition please?
