I am looking for some opinion: what about 15x6,5 4x130 ET40 wheel for Fulvia? I am thinking about making such wheel. What is advantage of this size? Better tires availability. Another advantage is, I can make it weight less than 4 kg Is there any historical 15" wheels on fulvia? What is most wanted design? Many thanks for help

Better is the enemy of good. The Fulvia suspension comes from the Flavia which was designed late fifties. The Flavia comes from the Cemsa which was designed in 1947. The suspension is not really suited for modern rims and tyres. How about making wheels for use without tube but with the original 4,5J14 and original ET?
