Do anyony know how to chang the engine control system?

My car is '88 Theme 8V turbo , I want to change the engine control system of Delta 8v turbo.Do anyone know how to change it?
you must install all the sensors, wires and ecu for delta version, this is not a simple job
the engine is the same so the intercooleres so the turbo is so much littleregards
