Outer wiper mount

Does anyone have a picture of the Lancia Flavia Vignale outer wiper mounting bushing? Attached picture is the inner mounting bushing and I assume the outer is similar but slightly shorter in height. What is the finish, chrome or polished aluminum?

Thanks,

Brian

Attached is a cross section of the wiper mount assembly and what I think the outer wiper mount should look like

Ciao bmw8890, attached the wiper assembly exploded view and the outer pivot for your reference. I don't remember exactly the finishing but it should be chromed aluminium.

In case in a couple of weeks or so I can better check and provide a detailed picture

Thanks,

I have a parts book so I have the same pictures. Attached is a drawing that has the assembly and part dimensions of what it might look like.

Hello Grif063,

Just checking to see if you got a chance to take pictures of the outer wiper mount. Some measurements would be nice to have also.

Thanks,

Brian

Hi, to be honest I forget to do it. If not so urgent I should manage to take a picture within 2..3 weeks, my cars are not near where I normally live.

Thanks for the pictures with the measurements. I have updated my CAD model and a friend is going to 3D print the part so I can do a fit check. Next step will be to figure out the best way to fabricate the real part.

Attach files show the 3D printed outer wiper mounts in the assembled state for a assembly fit check. Need to make some minor adjustments but overall a good fit and the geometry is very close to the original part. Next phase is to machine parts using a 3 axis CNC machine then polish followed by chrome plating. If anybody is in need for the same part let me know and we can work something out.

Thanks,

Brian
