Hello all Thema drivers,

Just noticed original label inside boot lid of my Thema 2.0i 16v '90 ;
There is ritten something like "Electronic antiteft device may occur some radio distortion...."
( or something like that...). I would like to know how this device is working. Especially now, because
car is not starting - even I do have a keys : - )

Yes - car is not starting. All helpfull ideas are very well come.
* Car has new spark plugs.
* Fuel injection is working
* Strong spark is visible, when testing spark cables with extra plug.
* Catalysator and exhaust system are open - I did dismantle everything down....

Just comes to my mind, that if there really is some antiteft device dropping on duty against me ?

Or is possible, that electronic brains for ignition has gone crazy ? ( giving spark in wrong moment ?)

Please, do have some ideas ?
Best regards

Okay - now I can answer my self :

That label about "Antiteft device", it's only warning, that installation of such device, can bring
some troubles if installation is maded somehow falce. ( I did understand this after reading german translation of text).

But now car did started !
I was wondering, that if after many starting trials, there is maybe too much gasoline vapours in engine. So, I did take off socket of fuelpump, and spraying some "Startpilot" to make
even short starting possible. And yes, after pair of trials engine started for a moment. Then socket back
and starting again. And engine running ! But what was the reason for all of this failure..... I dont know...
