thema with electric problems

hey,
I’ve just buyed a Thema I.E.16v SW thema with some problems.

1- The most important is that the water temperature gauge on the dashboard doesn’t work. (the rest of the dashboard works fine).I've driven in the city (more than an hour in Paris!) but cooling fan didn't start blowing. I've also connected the fan to the battery and it still can blow.
No problem with the oil temp and the engine seem to be refreshed enough on highways. So the whole cooling system isn't suspected
All the fuses seems Ok, but i don't know about the relays. (Where are they?) Does it mean the water temp sensor is dead?
What do I check?

2- The main fuse (30A) behind the battery plugs is open but the car works well. Is it obligatory to change it? What do it?

3- The Auto climate system fan doesn't blow but the central panels seems to work fine.
( For ex, the engine increase when auto is pressed, and i can hear the 'ventilation distribution up/down moving...)
I've tried the auto diagnostic (pushing auto+vent) without any success.
There are still some orphan wires....

4- The right front and rear electric windows doesn't work. There is no power in the connectors. Even the one in the middle of the car, behind the mirror controls.
I’ve switch then with the window that works They haven't this typical green rust. So i think they are not responsible.
The front left EW works only when the door is opened, as if they were plugged on the main indoor light.
The Rear left is out of service
First I want that de Front Right EW works door closed and then that Front Left works.
Rear Ew are not a problem...
What can I do?

I hope I have well explained the problems and I’m waiting for feedbacks or solutions.

i think you have a seriously masses problem in electrical windows, dashboard and climate system. start checkig the anchorages to the chasis under the front lights and in the boot. maybe some relay under the glove compartment has gone. but is obvious that all your electrical problem is just one and you must find it soon or later (in spanish this is a saying, lol !). good luck !

the first problem with the electric fan must be a water temp sensor corrupt in the radiator. change it.
