VIS problems

Hello all.

I finally found this news group! I hope someone will be able to help me.
I found a problem with VIS mainfolds in my Thema. On both air is leaking in threw the middle bearings on the variable shafts. Of course from Lancia Service I got "nice" answer: complete mainfold for 1000 euro...

I saw somewhere here that reason of air leaks are damaged bushes/seals. On mine I didn't noticed anything more than simple bearings. No any rubber/seals/bushes/rings. Maybe previously someone
lost them during some repair?

Anyway, of course I won't spend 1000 eur on complete mainfold. So, does anyone know if anywhere
I can buy those seals for VIS? Any manufactury, name, part number?

Simon,

You can buy the bearings cheaply enough, but you need some patience to do the work. There are a couple of people in England that do the work.

From memory the bearings are SKF, reply to this posting if you require any names and addresses.
