Steering wheel with audio controls for Kappa

Hi!
I was just wondering is it possible to put steering wheel with audio controls on Kappa, (for example - from Lybra) and if it fits, does it require Lybra`s factory radio.
The main thing that confuses me is wiring - where do the wires from steering wheel go : to the ECU or to the radio.
