Thema's Automatic Heating System don't want to work

Hi,
at first I'm sorry for my bad English.
I have Lancia Thema 2.0 i.e 16v 1991 and few days ago the heating system has broken. I was driving when heating system suddenly started to work with maximum power (I mean power of fan, regulator of temperature was in working condition). I have tried to decrease the turns of fan through its regulator but it have not given any response. After that I removed 4th (from left side ) an disable the system.
Next time when I pluged the relay, the system stoped to work. Indicators of tempreture & power of fan begun to show only minimum values. Regulators of temperature and power of fan didn't give any response. But when I unplug and plug the relay, idicator of power of fan showed a value which showing when you press the "Automatic" button for a short time (fan at this time do not wrok) and after that showed a minimum value again.
What is might happened and from which place should I start seeking the trouble? I'm will be glad for any your suggestions.
Sincerely,
Rustam Bogubaev
