overboost problem thema turbo 16v

sorry for my lousy english.
It seems that i have lost my overboost somehow. Before was the pressure 0.8 bar at overboost, and 0.5-0.6 bar at normal. now it's 0.5 bar and no overboost. I have cleaned the 2 switches, but no effect. I can see that the 2 switches are connected to some valves under the intake hose. How does they work?
and what is the normal max turbo pressure at normal and at overboost? And make the temperature outside any difference for the pressure? (summer/winter) I have also changed the original bosch dumpvalve, into a alloy piston valve. Could that have anything to do with that?
I could really use some help.
oh by the way, i could really use a wiring diagram for the engine/injection/turbo function if anyone got one...please.
