Start engine difficul

My car is Thema 16v - 1990/12
when start it is difficul spicially winter, start 2 or 3 times and open the switch waitting for the 20 sec and push the gate of wind, the engine will be start.
when temputer apporch 40C the engine will died, when 60C died again, some time, (all most) when drive in low speed the engine will to be died spicially when water coolling fan start. I was change the parts of the some member it wasn't change, Would you help me to change this condiction, Please ?
