Urgent help needed, stuck in Netherlands / Dringend hulp nodig, vast te zitten in Nederland

Hello, dear Thesis fans.
My friend is travelling through Europe with a 2.4 JTD Thesis, 2006. It is a Euro 5 car with DPF filter. The engine is in "limp mode" as of today with limited power. The car is in Leiden. He went to a local Lancia garage where they deleted the "check engine" error code and told him to run the car at 3.500 rpm for 20 minutes on highway. He did it for 40 minutes but the error returned. He went to the second garage where they tried to regenerate the filter but it didn't help.
I've heard about a special DPF bath in a special cleaning machine that cleans the DPF filter. Does anybody know of a reputable mechanic near Leiden that has this special bath?
He still needs to travel through Europe for two months so he needs the fix now. They are going through Belgium into France next.

Mijn vriend is reizen door Europa met een 2.4 JTD Thesis, 2006. Het is een Euro 5 auto met DPF filter. De motor is in de "slap modus" met ingang van vandaag met beperkte macht. De auto is in Leiden. Hij ging naar een lokale Lancia garage waar ze verwijderd de foutcode 'selectievakje motor' en vertelde hem de auto lopen op 3500 rpm gedurende 20 minuten op de snelweg. Hij deed het voor 40 minuten, maar de fout geretourneerd. Hij ging naar de tweede garage waar ze probeerden te regenereren de filter maar het hielp niet.
Ik heb gehoord over een speciale DPF bad in een speciale schoonmaak machine die je de DPF-filter reinigt. Weet iemand van een gerenommeerde monteur in de buurt van Leiden met dit speciale bad?
Hij nog nodig om te reizen door Europa voor twee maanden dus hij de correctie nu moet. Ze gaan via België naar Frankrijk volgende.
