On S1 the roller is 6,3mm.

On S2 the roller is 5,05 mm.

The top one is the S1 chain.

Be careful with S2 chains. Mercedes uses 5mm rollers which is not the same as 5.05

I haven't checked the exact dimensions in the Fulvia DT (Data Tecnici). You best do before you do any measurements or order new chains.

Having put off the water pump, I can see the chain and the shoe. Then using chewing gum I made a molding to compare with the separated parts.
It really seems that the chain in place is the one with big rollers, correct with S1 as you say.
Thank you.
