S3 Thema interior light

Hi,
My car has a very annoying fade-in/fade-out feature on the interior light. I want to convert it to work as fast and delayed off. Firstly I need to find the existing delay unit - anyone know where it is? I pulled out all the realys in the box at the left of the facia but to no avail.

I found the electronickery in the overhead lamp casing.
Will post results of modifying it.
