Leaking sunroof!

I've got a 1992 16V serie II Thema with sunroof. The "rubber trim" thats fitted around the sunroof leaks when it rains and I wonder it is possible to change just the "rubber trim".

An "easier" solution that works is to cut a small hole in the rubber seal and inject the type of silicon sealant that is also used around house windows or bathroom tiles.
Typically this is only required at the back corners of the sunroof. If you use a syringe and do not try to inject to much through each hole then this is a reasonably effective solution.
Be sure to cover your seats and mask off the paintwork first!!!
