Zagato seat hinges

I'm restoring my Zagato seats and decided it's time to find out what is missing from the hinges. The attached picture shows clearly that something is missing. Luckily an upholstery shop I visited had a pair of Fulvia seats for renovation and I saw that there is a small knurled knob attached. Does anybody know how this knob works and what I could use to replace them on my seats. I assume the originals are as rare as hen' s teeth, so I may have to improvise. Can anyone advise me ?

Hi, attached the page from the user manual, explaining the function.

In other words, turning the 3 position knob determines the position of the back of the seat when you return the back rest to its driving position after someone has gone in or out of the back seat. You can also obtain the desired position with lever 2.

Thanks guys, at least I now know what it is supposed to do. I guess a knurled flat knob with M5 thread and washer should do the trick.

After so long I can finally finish this story. Thanks to the generosity of a fellow Dutch Lancia Club member(many thanks Joop) I acquired one knob. After searching unsuccessfully I had the idea to ask someone who works with 3D printers. He made me one which is indistinguishable from the original. A thought worth bearing in mind for other plastic "hen's teeth".
