T3/T4 Turbo Conversion

Has anyone done a turbo upgrade on a series 3?
I just installed it. It has got a compressor wheel from Garrett T04E. The car feels much faster in 3rd, 4th and 5th gear. I also find that the car pulls better from 5500-6700rpm. The only problem is the injector light comes on.
I reset the computer by disconnecting the battery, the light goes off. After starting the light is off until it idles for 30 seconds then comes on. I step on the throttle and let go, the light goes off and the after another 30 seconds it comes on again. When I drive the car as soon as it goes in to boost the light is on permently, until I disconnect the battery again. The interesting thing was that the car was running fine (no injector light) till the cam shaft angle sensor wire came out and I reset the computer then I had this problem.
Is there any resourse on the Bosch Motronic System in the Thema's?
