My Thema 94 53,000 Miles has the original clutch but recently its shaking when i am starting to move in 1st gear mostly when i am in heavy traffic.
Does it damage something else in the car accept the clutch ( can i continue driving on this clutch?).

Another thing- when i am in heavy traffic and i stop the engine rpm goes down and up for few seconds what can be the problem ?

Sounds like your getting some clutch judder when the car heats up. If it is really bad it could damage the flywheel which will need skimming (not very expensive). If you can afford it get the clutch changed soon, or just wait till it starts to slip (clutches don't last long on the turbo cars, They're very heavy and take a lot of wear)
The rpm is the management trying to re-tune the engine for you. This is normal for lancia, unless it is so severe that the engine tries to cut out.
