I am potentially buying a Lancia Fulvia 1600 HF Series 2 Fanalino Corsa from Italy. I know that
200 models were built at the beginning of the Series 2 production run and that they
used many of the 1.6 HF Series 1 Fanalone parts, but how are these models
identified? The cars that I am considering are listed as
Fanalino Corsas but how can I be sure they are what they say they are? I know their
full engine and chassis numbers but I have no complete and detailed production list to check these
against. Can anyone help? Many thanks.

Re: Fulvia 1600 HF Fanalino Corsa
Hello,
I'm in contact with some well known expert and I'm also member of Lancia Club Italia. If interested, feel free to send me by pm the full VIN number and I can try to know a little bit more on that car.
Kind regards
Giovanni

Re: Fulvia 1600 HF Fanalino Corsa
Hi Giovanni
My apologies. I have only just seen your post regarding my enquiry about the 1600 HF which is being advertised as a "Fanalino Corsa". The car I am considering has a VIN number of 818740 001482. If you could find out more about the car via your contacts at the Lancia Club Italia I would be very grateful. The current owner of the car has been very helpful and is very confident that the car is a "Corsa" although I know there is much debate about how a "Corsa" is actually identified and how it differs from a Lusso.
Let me know what you think. I am probably flying out to Italy on Saturday 3rd May to see the car so any information before then would be ver helpful.
Many thanks
Chris
