I have a Lancia Thema 2.0 Turbo 16v okt'91
I have this strange thing in the boardcomputer. Totale undefineble sometimes the computer indicates a fault in motor oil and sometimes in the battery. Everything is OK, but it still says there is something wrong.
Can anyone explain me something about it?
Thanx,
Ronald

You can try to check the ground conections to the chassis, when oxide apears they use to five problems on Themas and Deltas. I know some people that soldered ground terminations to the chassis to forget about check control failures.

Ruben

You defently have a ground problem. Check the connections under the board, You can try too wire directly from the battery too eliminate the problem,
Good luck.
Janne.

I have a Thema ie 16v 1992. The oil warning lamp in the computer panel goes on and off (mostly on) witout me doing nothing. The car runs ok.
Where are the specific places to check for ground conections
thanks in advance and greetings from Chile, Southamerica

bad contact of the ground cable located near the battery, and connected to the car's chasis, may cause this problem,
There's two ground junctions beneath the radiator that should also be checked
