Appia C10 engine with double Weber?

Can someone help me out here? I have 2 questions about the Appia engine...

1. Is it possible to swap the engine head on a C10 engine for a later one with the double Weber carb?

2. What's the difference between a 814 engine block and a C10 engine block?
