Dedra - ventilator (fan) problem

helo from slovenia

i am own lancia dedra 1.6 year of making 1995, 66kW, 8valves

i have problem with ventilator. sometime when i turn engine off in still run until batrey is empty, sometime is not run at all! i have change the thermo switch.. some say in relay of ventilator? wher is this relay locate? is not on board under stearing whel!
