lancia augusta 1939 Salmson engine

Hello,I am trying to find some more info about this car.
Chassis is 1939 Augusta.
The engine is a Salmson 4 cilinder engine and not complete.
I am looking for any info;photo's,race story,who installed the Salmson engine,who made this car .
I am also looking for a complete augusta engine,gearbox,and rear axle when the car will be restored.
Any info about this car is welkom,

This car isn't a 1939, the chassis number says it's a 1934. Probably 1939 is the data of the modification. Because its isn't a factory modification you must to ask for to the previous owner

"Mr Slack" used to race the car in Vintage Sports Car Club events. He is no longer with us. It wasn't very successful as a racing car! "Robbie" is non other than Robbie Coultrain, the actor. I don't think he ever used the car. I went to see the car when it lived in England a few years ago.
