nür ein Idea: Werden andere Lancisti andere Lancia Gruppen / Clubs / Countries mit machen wollen ?
only an idea - already picking up steam !!! Does any one from Italy care to join us ?

Bon Giorno Tutti in La Gamma Mondo

Before anyone anywhere- from CH/IT/FR/BENELUX/UK/SP/DE/USA/SL/North Countries/JP; AU, NZ, ZA & / or elsewhere decides to start pre-planning the organIzation of or attendance at another Lancia Gamma Meeting, it must be determined if there is any desire to have an International Gamma Spring Meeting 2014 [/b]in a Geo-Location that suits everyones needs.

Meaning - not TOO-FAR WAY from anywhere - although Spain / North Lands / Wales; USA; AU; NZ; ZA are far from almost every/anywhere - at a Venue that will be an affordable attraction to those planning to attend.

On the dates / at the place mentioned 11 to 13 April 2014 at the Hockenheim-Historic - located in the geo-region of Mannheim/Heidelberg - The Main Attraction is Lancia at the Hockenheim-Historic Jim Clark Weekend, with Club Track-Time - all at a very low cost - seem to me to be a possibile great Event.

Restaurants in the Region can be booked, best to reserve blocks of hotel-rooms at a Group-Rate.
We must invite Lancisit from Germany, CH, FR . driving Gamma or any Lancia
we must invite International Lancisti, even if they arrive with no Lancia !

Heidelberg Old City, Castle, Romantic Path &Snaky (Schlangen) Allee ; do wear walking-shoes)... a great place to visit & N'joy.....Historical Speyer is a good place to meet / eat / sleep; take calm walks in River Park, thru Old-Town (lots of nice shops); famous Cathedral, Cafes & Restaurants ... not too touristy....

Hockenheim Track - a drivers thrill & very safe; the on-Track Event (driven by me, passing no one at all except some big engined USA Monsters, me with a very heavy - very nervous - passenger, us moving slowly, in Gamma, in 2012) is fun / low-key, with Volks-Fest (in infield); pits open to all, clean Restrooms, hundreds of historic racers

We are already a Team (Gang?) of 18 - that can plan to plan - what needs to be planned - without stress...


BUT WE NEED FEEDBACK from: CH/IT/FR/BENELUX/UK/SP/DE/USA/SL/North Countries/JP &/or elsewhere/everywhere from Persons, Clubs, I.G's; Assistants...galore

Perhaps planning Thursday 10 April as the "arrive as you will" day in Speyer , meeting for a non-car event in PM; those not traveling from far away may choose to arrive at a later daze; time.

just getting there will be an exciting challenge, never to forget that "the route is the promise" or perhaps it is more accurate "the route is the goal" or maybe -

spoken in a language that I have a hard time understanding, not to mentiontrying to translate...

he (they) are (were) referring to the fun they plan to have on their way to the Spring Meeting, seeing places & things that they always wanted to see...but never did before; perhaps meeting up with old Lancia friends, persons they actually know or only know of; persons who will or will not come to Hockenheim; to adventerous eating, foto-shooting, drinking (in moderation; making this trip be a sort of "this is what life is all about" panorama

life is a route toward a goal with a purpose, which they (we) may or may not understand, but should travel anyway.

strangely, last night a Greek Friend who lives in Heidelberg told mejust about the same thing, in Greek!!!; he then translated it to English for me; phew !!!

the route (to Hockenheim) is the purpose; what is experienced there is an additional gift
