Jetting on Solex c35 PHH13 with Oil bath filter

Hi,
I am struggling to find the correct carburettor jet specifications for my S1 Rallye 1.3S.
It is fitted with Solex C35 PHH13 carbs with original oil bath filter.
The emulsion tubes appear to be splitting along their length at the seams. Assuming I have the correct air correction jets, should I discard these or is it something that can be fixed by eg. soldering.
