Hello

My Dedra Turbo has just failed its MOT on high Co2. Does anyone know how to bring this down ?

Also is 200bhp attainable with this engine (same as Delta 8v Integrale) if so the costs and what is involved ?

Try driving at 110 KM/H (70MPH) in 4th gear for 15mins.

This high revving will clear out the catalyst and exhaust system of impurites.

Get the car tested as soon as possible after doing this - a warm engine produces less CO2.

Barry

Spot on Barry. I gave it a 20 minute high rev drive then took it for a retest, the reading went from 7+ (fail) to 2.3 pass. After 2 years it now has an mot !!
