Hello,
my second problem...
When I start the car, the date and time is always reset (looks like 2003-01-02 and 0:17). 10-30 seconds later GPS receive data and both are set current date... When i turn the engine off, date and time are lost. Other settings are stored.
Could you help me?

In the connect there's no battery, it's taking the power directly from the car battery and the car is only waking the connect up, so I would try to go this way.
