Hallo Themafreunde,

habe gerade einen 8.32 II. Serie im Aufbau und das Ärgernis, dass der Motor im betriebswarmen Zustand nicht starten mag. Wenn der Motor abgekühlt ist, startet er problemlos wieder und läuft auch betriebswarm ohne mucken. Vielleicht hatte einer von Euch schonmal das gleiche Problem und eine Idee, welche Ursache es haben könnte.

Ich tippe mal auf Temperatursensor KE-Jetronic!? Motortemperaturfühler ist neu und liefert bei 90 °C ca. 230 Ohm.

Bin für jeden Hinweis dankbar!

mit einem ähnlichen Problem kämpfe ich auch - wenn der Motor so "halbwarm" ist, springt er sehr schlecht an. Kalt geht immer gut, wenn der Motor richtig warm ist, geht es fast immer...

Nach Tausch des Druckspeichers (hinten neben dem Kraftstoffilter) ist es besser geworden, aber noch nicht perfekt.

Werde demnächst mal den Systemdruck prüfen, wenn der zu niedrig ist, öffnen die Einspritzventile nicht...

Der Temperaturfühler wird m. W. nur für die Lambdaregelung benötigt, sollte also mit dem Anspringen eher nichts zu tun haben.

könnte bei Dir vlt. der Systemdruckregler sein. Der regelt ja membrangesteuert den erforderlichen Ps=6,3 bar oder so...

Most common failure in this case is the fuelaccumulator (druckspeicher). If you remove the smallest black hose attached to your fuel pump unit in the trunk of the car, and there is fuel dripping out you can be sure that the accumulator is internally leaking. This is the return line from the accumulator which is only there in case the accumulator is malfunctioning. During normal operation fuel shoud never come out of that hose.
Other common failure is the checkvalve (Ruckslagventil) which is mounted on top of the fuel pump inside the fuel tank.
Last common failure is the rubber fuel hose between checkvalve in the fueltank and fuel pump unit plate in the trunk of the car.
In all of these cases you will have loss of fuelpressure (that should first be checked with a pressuregauge) which causes mostly warm starting issues. During cold start the cold start injector blasts in an overload of fuel so it will start almost always without problems, during warm start the cold start injector is out of operation.

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for the suggestions! They are very helpful with problems with the fuel supply.

In my case, there was another problem. There was a temporary interruption in the fuse box of the live line to fuel pump between the slots L (pin 5) and H (pin 3). Normally that is bridged. Not so in this case. It was a long long way to catch the cause....

Another fuse box has solved the problem.
