Dilema: Dedra vs. BMW

My dilema: to choose between a '97 Dedra 1.8, one owner, 113,000 km @ US$ 6,000 and a '92 BMW 325i, three owners, 200,000 km @ US$ 10,000. There are a lot of asymetrical factors to compare. Any thoughts?
in this case the BMW 325i is more atractive
