I've found one by a Lancia dealer. just ask your dealer.

Contact a UK Lancia breakers such as FL Autos +44(0)1778 440000

You can find ads for Lancia breakers in Auto Italia magazine.

Or the look at the Lancia Library.

a lancia dealer should definitely be your first choice, they can probably still supply an owners manual in either your own language or maybe another, they are not expensive!

if you can give me your full chassis number I can look up the correct part for you. if they are still available it should be possible to order the part through a fiat dealer if you have the part #

sorry slightly misread you posting I can only look up the # for the owners manual, it is unlikely that the workshop manual is still available but even if it was the price would put you off completely. It is possible to get photocopied versions of the manual from either motoring book sellers such as millhouse books or from the lmc library but I don't know how complete these are fiat use a building block system of publishing them that means that parts can be missing out of the items they have copied
